Marie E. Drake has been an associate with Brown, Berardini & Dunning P C. since May 2008. Marie was born in Germany and grew up in Crested Butte, Colorado. She received her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in New York City. She formerly had a litigation practice at the law firm of Litvak Litvak Mehrtens & Epstein, P.C. for seven years and prior to that, practiced real estate law with Harding Shultz & Downs, P.C. Marie now serves as counsel to financial institutions, private lenders and investors. She represents clients with issues regarding loan documentation, consumer lending, asset-based lending, probable loan resolutions and acquisitions, and litigates in the commercial real estate and bankruptcy areas.
